Jason has been selling real estate for over 10 years and is currently employed with Royal LePage Partners Realty. He is able to establish what factors are most important to the client and then assess how to design a plan that will work best for them. Jason is very flexible with his service delivery. He recognizes that buying or selling a home is a huge undertaking that requires knowledge to avoid pitfalls and achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. Jason is known for his unbelievable patience and understanding especially with first time home buyers and first home sellers. Jason often becomes the "voice of reason" during the real estate transaction for his clients because buying and selling a home can be very emotional. Jason provides that calm and rational mind when his clients have high anxiety during the negotiation and decision making process. When Jason works with his clients he takes the time to understand their individual buying and selling needs. He does not take a "cookie cutter" approach to real estate sales because everyone has a different reason for buying, selling or renting a home.
